In this workshop we will explore your dosha and digestive system as well as experience the six tastes so you can customize the food choices you make. There will be an asana practice to help stoke your digestive fire and detoxify the body. Reboot your system so you can feel more energized and inspired to take charge of your health one bite at a time.
